We are delighted to welcome the latest additions to our extremely successful Apprenticeship Programme Olivia Norton and Olivia Sutton. We’ve built our business around our apprentices with nearly 90% of the entrants to date still being in the business either as fully qualified accountants, tax advisers or admin assistants or well on their way to qualifying.

They enjoy the support and training they receive and the fact we encourage them to step outside their comfort zones , all of this means they are much more rounded and experienced than other accountants of their age.

Our continuing growth also means there has always (to date) been a role for them upon completion of their Apprenticeship and there will also be opportunities to specialise or enter managerial roles in the future – they won’t need to wait for someone to leave as is often the case at many professional service organisations.

The application process for our September 2018 intake will commence in the new year. If you know anyone who may be interested then please point them in our direction.
