360 are a modern, innovative firm of chartered accountants that have embraced the latest technology, HR practices and customer care concepts to create an inspirational environment to work and learn in. We recognise the importance of our key resource and aim to provide a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for our team. As the company expands there will be opportunities for progression and / or specialism – nobody will be held back.

Our reduced paper office and use of cloud technology gives our team the ability to work remotely, whether that be at a client’s premises, at home or on the move. We recognise the importance of work / life balance, particularly for those with young children, and therefore offer flexible working which has proved invaluable during lockdown to those having to home school or wishing to partake in health activities during the day. It is likely that when the pandemic ends many of the team will continue to work from home on a part time basis if they wish.

Wide and varied client and service provision portfolios provide a fantastic platform to develop an all round skill set and all our team are encouraged to develop new skills and gain professional qualifications.

There is a fantastic team ethic at 360, with everyone involved in the decision making process, marketing of the practice and strategic planning. The business was only formed in February 2010 but is growing rapidly as word spreads of our unique offering. Here are some of the benefits of a career at 360:

Office Vibe Surveys – An opportunity to have a say and engage in how we can improve your environment and working relationships.

5 and 10 year clubs – As a long service award we recognise team members by increasing their annual holiday entitlement, enjoy a club meal and once 10 years have been reached we also give them one additional birthday day off.

Socials – We try to have regular team socials and have the last hour of the last Friday in the month as a fun get together, whether via zoom, in the office (COVID-19 permitting ), we usually have bingo, drinks and nibbles or a quiz.

Quarterly Forums – Both team and senior management team forums where we put ideas forward to improve the business.

Strategy Document – A clear document showing the business strategic steps, objectives and team structure.

Employee Representative – An elected team member who is able to listen to ideas/concerns from employees and take these to the senior management team for debate.

Holiday Perks- We increase holiday entitlements from 5 years continuous service by one day per year up to a maximum of 5 extra days per annum.

Profit Share Scheme – We operate a generous profit share scheme that all members of the team are automatically entered into and benefit from equally, this incentivises the team to go that bit further for 360 and its clients as well as ensuring that everyone shares in the success that this generates.

Autumn 2021 Apprentice Intake

Covid has, unfortunately, impacted on our award winning apprenticeship programme. Our 2020 apprenticeship start date was delayed until earlier this year and this has had a knock on effect this year. Currently, we anticipate the scheme will be closed to new entrants this year and applications for the Autumn 2022 cohort will open in February 2022. At this point we will welcome applications from high performing A level students that have received outstanding results in August 2021 as well as those sitting their exams in Summer 2022.

Our Accreditations

360 is accredited by all the major accountancy bodies in recognition of our commitment to the training, development and well being of our employees:

ICAEW: We are an ‘Authorised Training Employer’ (number L004930083) which means we are able to train Chartered Accountants.

ACCA: As an ACCA ‘Approved Employer(Gold Level)’ we are also authorised to train Certified Accountants (reference 20718679).

AAT: The Association of Accounting Technicians granted us ‘Accredited Employer’ status in August 2011 which means we are approved to train Accounting Technicians (reference number AE734(1)).
