Our reduced paper office and use of cloud technology gives our team the ability to work remotely, whether that be at a client’s premises, at home or on the move. We recognise the importance of work / life balance, particularly for those with young children, and therefore offer flexible working which has proved invaluable during lockdown to those having to home school or wishing to partake in health activities during the day. It is likely that when the pandemic ends many of the team will continue to work from home on a part time basis if they wish.
Wide and varied client and service provision portfolios provide a fantastic platform to develop an all round skill set and all our team are encouraged to develop new skills and gain professional qualifications.
There is a fantastic team ethic at 360, with everyone involved in the decision making process, marketing of the practice and strategic planning. The business was only formed in February 2010 but is growing rapidly as word spreads of our unique offering. Here are some of the benefits of a career at 360:
Office Vibe Surveys – An opportunity to have a say and engage in how we can improve your environment and working relationships.
5 and 10 year clubs – As a long service award we recognise team members by increasing their annual holiday entitlement, enjoy a club meal and once 10 years have been reached we also give them one additional birthday day off.
Socials – We try to have regular team socials and have the last hour of the last Friday in the month as a fun get together, whether via zoom, in the office (COVID-19 permitting ), we usually have bingo, drinks and nibbles or a quiz.
Quarterly Forums – Both team and senior management team forums where we put ideas forward to improve the business.
Strategy Document – A clear document showing the business strategic steps, objectives and team structure.
Employee Representative – An elected team member who is able to listen to ideas/concerns from employees and take these to the senior management team for debate.
