Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Dealing with calls, both externally and internally in a professional manner
- Taking and passing on messages
- Using software to process and input client data (CRM, IRIS, Practice Ignition)
- Greeting, assisting and welcoming clients and visitors
- General administration duties (filing, faxing, photocopying, etc)
- Making internal and external appointments
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Maintaining positive relationships with all prospective and existing clients
The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for the office while providing and completing administrative tasks for the directors, managers and other departments. The candidate must be confident, organised and efficient, ensuring attention to detail at all times. Other attributes we are looking for include:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and progress
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills

The working hours required for this role are 5 days per week on a full-time basis, with occasional Saturday cover. Salary is market rate for an apprentice.
