We are a cutting-edge professional services firm at the forefront of the digital revolution and need a bright, confident, well-spoken individual to join our busy back office team as we move into expanded offices in the very near future. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organising and scheduling appointments with company software.
- Performing a variety of administrative duties including meeting and greeting clients in person and over the phone.
- Providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.
- Onboarding new clients.
Our administration department is a vital component to the business. As the first point of contact for anyone visiting or calling the office and with the responsibility of completing administrative tasks for directors, managers and other departments, the candidate must ensure confidence, organisation and efficiency at all times. Other attributes we are looking for include:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Punctual and presentable.
