Business Management Apprentice

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Our busy admin department is recruiting for an apprentice administrator to join our award winning apprenticeship programme in September 2020. The successful candidate will be a confident user of all of the common IT applications and have good attention to detail. As one of the faces of the business (meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phone etc) they will also be a good, confident communicator. The work will be extremely varied and include things such as maintaining databases, contacting clients, managing directors’ calendars, assisting the marketing team and helping with our Saturday Surgeries. Good GCSE grades at English and Maths are a prerequisite. Ideally the candidate would be able to demonstrate good Mathematical and English skills and have a passion for customer service excellence and business management.

Day release will be given to attend a Business Administration course.

The starting salary will be the National Apprentice Rate although this will increase once experience is gained and progress is made in their college work. There is also a profit sharing scheme which everyone in the business qualifies for.
