As the company expands there will be opportunities for progression and / or specialism – nobody will be held back.
Our reduced paper office and use of cloud technology gives our team the ability to work remotely, whether that be at a client’s premises, at home or on the move. We recognise the importance of work / life balance, particularly for those with young children, and therefore offer flexible working.
Wide and varied client and service provision portfolios provide a fantastic platform to develop an all-round skill set and all our team are encouraged to develop new skills and gain professional qualifications. There is a fantastic team ethic at 360, with everyone involved in the decision-making process, marketing of the practice and strategic planning. The business was only formed in February 2010 but is growing rapidly as word spreads of our unique offering.
Our Accreditations
360 is accredited by all the major accountancy bodies in recognition of our commitment to the training, development and well being of our employees:
ICAEW: We are an ‘Authorised Training Employer’ (number L004930083) which means we are able to train Chartered Accountants.
ACCA: As an ACCA ‘Approved Employer(Gold Level)’ we are also authorised to train Certified Accountants (reference 20718679).
AAT: The Association of Accounting Technicians granted us ‘Accredited Employer’ status in August 2011 which means we are approved to train Accounting Technicians (reference number AE734(1)).
