After an ongoing year of turbulent change at the ESFA, at least some things have remained constant. That includes the requirement for an external assurance report on your subcontracted ESFA funded delivery over £100,000. Most of you will have obtained your reports previously, but obviously there will be some lead providers who have subcontracted for the first time in 2017/18.
