Our Charities and Not-for-profit team is headed up by Sophie Holmes ACA FCCA who has many years’ of experience looking after organisations of varying size, age and complexity.
If you are about to set up an organisation she will guide you through the minefield of identifying the most appropriate structure (for example incorporated / unincorporated , Registered Charity / Unregistered Charity, Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) , Company Limited by Guarantee or Community Interest Company (CIC)). She can also advise on record keeping, filing requirements, payroll and VAT.
